The Tree

It's doubtful that the kids under this tree had any thought of racism.
It was just a tree. This tree played NO PART in the ugly racial problems that now plague and have divided our town. It was simply a starting point to shift blame from the real TROUBLE MAKERS to the whites.

Mychal Bell and his shadows have been terrorizing the neighborhood for year before any of this happened. They have destroyed neighbors vehicles at a great cost to the owners.

more to come later

Students at Alma J. Brown Elementary School
on the campus of Grambling State University
learn about hate, fear and racism during a march
on Jena Louisiana on September 20, 2007 in
protest of the rightful imprisonment of Mychal Bell.

This of course is not how they saw it, it was supposed to be a lesson on racism... so they say, believing in Mychal Bell's alleged innocence.
It's obvious they have not seen his criminal record or just
choose to ignore it.

Either way, this was a shameful act on the part of a teacher or any civilized person.

These beautiful children will be marred for life.

Anonymous said... Sounds like fault on BOTH sides. If the white kids were at fault, they should be held accountable for their actions just like their black counterparts. The problem arises when emotions take over for the facts, then all hell usually breaks loose, and did. I wonder which group named the "white tree"?? I'm betting it wasn't the white kids. How racist is that???
