Quick Fix for Hominy |

Put two cans of yellow hominy in sauce
pan, add salt & fresh ground pepper to taste; 2 Tlbs. butter.
Simmer on medium heat until all the
juice is gone, just before it sticks to the bottom take it off the fire
and add 1/2 cup half & half cream. You won't know it is canned
hominy it is sooo good. Ms. Billie
